This is a cozy cottage conveniently located in SevierCo.
This fully furnished extended stay home is super cozy. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath house with a spacious driveway and 2 car carport.
We are doggie friendly. Small dogs are welcome. Bring your fur baby and enjoy!
The location is amazing! This property is 20 minutes from Knoxville, Sevierville, and Maryville. Access to the interstate is 25 minutes away. The activity of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 35-40 minutes away. Townsend is the relaxing side of the Smokies and it is 25 minutes away.
For traveling health care professionals, there are numerous hospitals within a short distance. The following hospitals are under a 35 minute commute: Leconte Medical Center, Fort Sanders Regional, University of Tennessee Regional, Blount Memorial Hospital, Select Specialty Hospital, Fort Loudoun Medical Center, etc etc
There is a deck overlooking the backyard with a grill, table, and seating for relaxing and entertaining. There is a view of Bluff Mountain from the front porch. This house sits on . 87 acres.
The living room has a sofa sleeper and a smart TV with a subscription to Hulu.
The kitchen boasts a brand new refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a new Keurig, microwave, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with the items you need to cook a meal.

Nice Place, Convenient. We Will Return
"Overall, a nice place. The house has a lot of potential. Pet friendly was the biggest factor for us. The rear of the house has a large yard. The owner is very upfront about this house being on a busy road. It is. DO NOT leave your pets off leash here or walk along the road.
The kitchen had everything you could need for a short or extended stay. Very close to a comprehensive grocery store, gas stations and fast food. We highly recommend going to the Locals Eatery, it was so good on our first trip we went back a second time.
You will do some driving to get to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or other attractions. This is the trade off of getting a decent house at a reasonable cost or a small cabin in the mountains at a high cost.
Overall, this house will be high on our consideration list for future visits."
